This special day is for local woman in the Palm Beach County area to have an unplugged, unwinding experience; time away from your phone, work, family, and home.   Come sip on organic tea by the pool. Read, nap, swim and color. Yes we use coloring books  to keep your mind calm and not searching for your phone. 

The day begins with poolside Qigong to relax you.  You will experience a BioCharger energy and frequency session. You'll be served a light healthy lunch and have free time to rest by or in the ozone pool.   You will then receive my special Raindrop Therapy to send you home blissed out.   A DAY AWAY is pure relaxation.
