 Most look at me and think that living a joy-filled life has been the norm for me.

Many are surprised to discover that I used to feel downright awful. I would

describe my daily life like this. I felt like my life was filled with struggle and

compromise leaving me feeling incredibly numb and victimized.

And one day in the midst of a major relapse of a horrid illness, I got my wakeup call!

While writing my book, I had a light bulb moment when I heard the Universe

talking to me. The Universe said very clearly, "The JOY is in the journey." Even

though I had heard this before, I took a moment to embrace this message and

realized at a deep level each moment of our lives is our journey. There is no goal,

destination, or finish line. Every moment I was meant to live in joy.

The message was profound and deep. I knew I would never be the same.

Getting this huge aha moment for me came after using my "SPIRIT in Motion® Coaching Method" which I am going to be teaching you.
